I can't imagine MLE trying to use a child to draw Sirius out when they're still denying to the world he's even alive. Bellatrix doesn't like to look foolish. Besides, they couldn't possibly trust him.

Hydra, now -- but didn't she warn you, last time, when her mum WAS up to something? She had that classmate of hers send you a message so her mum wouldn't notice.
