Voldemort kept the Protectorate's treasury in his own personal vault; he left everything to Harry because he was planning to occupy Harry's body. And the Goblins have determined that Harry's left everything ... to you.

He and Charlie are returning tomorrow, so if you'll go now, I can tell him.
