Well, I'd told her that the rumour was that Dolohov was coming to teach at Hogwarts. Possibly Dark Arts. I'm not sure she believed me. You know what she's like on the subject of Dolohov.

Percy came over for dinner last night, and he was bubbling all over about meeting the man. Apparently, Lucius Malfoy, the wretch, sent Percy over to drop something off for him, and they had quite the cosy little chat. Dolohov sent over some books afterward for Percy to read. I was afraid Molly would have a coronary right there at the dinner table, but I must say that she managed to hide her rather reaction well, and I don't think any of the children were the wiser.

Then came this morning's announcement, that now the class is required for all students. Did you see it? I think that after last night's heroic effort to hide her reaction, that was just the last straw for poor Molly.

She de-gnomed the entire garden this afternoon, rather than asking the Fred and George to do it. Therapeutic, no doubt.

She seemed to have entirely calmed down by dinnertime at least. I'll talk with her tonight, after everyone else is safely in bed.

This has hit her extremely hard, son.

It's funny, because she talks so rarely about Gideon and Fabian.
